Got the product for a birthday gift and a 2nd handOne came and all used and damaged
Amazon CustomerCould be a great (small) house party attraction if it was easier getting subs, the bundle options change alot so you'll hardly get the beer you like on offer, and delivery costs! so be cheaper to go down the pub really, and only 2 litres, first pint never pours well so you get only 3 full pints.
J MorrisOkay, this is in my opinion faulty I was going to send it back but the time allowed has passed,The problem the green light that tells you it’s ready,Well it NEVER turns green I had the torps in the sub from the fridge once for two days that’s right TWO days and the light was still on RED, it’s not rocket science to use these things one word FAULTY.
dennis maherUtter waste of time and money - mine basically delivers a glass of froth no matter what I try. I used to work in a bar so it's not like I never poured pints. Maybe it's faulty or something. Going to return it and don't want a replacement just want my money back
EHWhen it works it's amazing. O have had two torps now just empty out because the mechanism in the tap is temperamental. If you dont check carefully it turns on and wont turn off. Beer everywhere and money wasted (because the torps are NOT cheap!). If anyone has any tips about this please respond.
Frederick ChatwinIts an incredible machine, makes the tastiest draught lager without having to go to the pub. However the machine's pump has failed more than once. I have wasted 3 Torp bottles due to on going faults. And the customer service at The Sub are awful. Dealing with UPS is awful. I am so disappointed in this product, because when it works. Its incredible.

Peter WhitakerMachine produces lovely beer.i have had 2 and both broke within 30 days.dealing with heineken is time consuming to say the least and as painful as a hip replacement.the torps can only be bought from heineken so expect to wait a week.if your order is wrong expect to spend days on the phone rectifying it.such a shame really but be warned you are much better spending a bit extra and get a machine that can cope with being left on for more than a few days without breaking like the perfect draft. I cannot state strongly enough how bad heinekens customer service is.if you send an email expect at least a 3 day wait...
