Initially I was pleased with this iron. For the price I was happy. It was a little underpowered in terms of steam output, which I expected to be better from reading positive reviews. For the price, however, I was satisfied and it is lightweight, so that was a trade-off I felt I could live with. It is a two pin plug but it comes with a UK adaptor fitted, so not ideal but not a problem either.
After a couple of months of light usage the on/off switch came free of its housing and it became unusable, so I have now returned it for a refund. I wouldn't recommend it and I wouldn't buy this brand again.

Unfortunately the reality is somewhat different. The steam supply line is a little short, (I have the base unit on the floor and the supply hose doesn't allow the iron to quite cover a standard board). Great steam shot once warmed up in no time, but working creased or heavy clothing, requiring extended steaming which it fails to deliver.
