I chose this item because it was a little smaller than others on the market and because of its good reviews. Whilst it is not the most expensive juicer out there, this is certainly upper middle of the road. It arrived last week (sadly not through Amazon) and broke on the first time of using! I did manage to make a nice carrot and kale juice but when I was hand washing the attachments after use a tiny piece of plastic broke off the filter basket. When I looked closer, several other pieces were cracked and unstable! Was horrified, especially as I had taken time to both read the assembly/disassembly instructions fully AND hand washed everything.
I assumed it would be easy to get in touch with Panasonic but no. In my country, Panasonic use a third party company to handle everything and as yet I am still to hear back from them. Meanwhile I have a big box full of fresh veggies waiting to be juiced!
Totally dissatisfied with the product quality and Panasonics unavailability in Europe so can not recommend this product.

C. LongAs a newbie to juicing, I was really impressed with the Panasonic Slow Juicer. I've tried both fresh and frozen functions and made delicious juices and desserts easily, with minimal mess. Easy to use and put together. The unit is quite heavy but can be broken up for storage. Easy to clean and I love how the pulp comes out of one outlet and the juice from the other. Brilliant device
