Expensive but quality of end product is worth it.
hunter01580We've made bread in the normal way for many years, and regularly bought from artisan bakers but the nearest baker closed and others are less convenient so after a bit of research I went for this device.
Most obvious comments : It's large (see picture), it's NOT black (see picture), it bakes EXCELLENT bread.
Pretty much perfect every time so far (2 or 3 times a week since Christmas).
The quality of the 100% wholemeal is much better than we ever achieved by hand.
When doing a ratio (we like approx 80%) it's worth putting the 2 flour types in a bowl and mixing them up before adding to the baker container.
Turns out cleanly every time.
Not tried pizza dough options or gluten free or specialist yet.
Nothing to add - till now - a superb product.

Julian GrayAfter doing some research and finding that this breadmaker came out on top we set out to find the best price.
The bread maker arrived quickly and was packed really well.
The instructions are clear and our first loaf came out perfect. Can't wait to try all the recipes in the book.
The machine has a small footprint and looks good in our kitchen. We are both really pleased and would recommend it to anyone.
