Fantastic machine but it came with a 2 pin European plug when the website didnt state this was the case. I had to return the item because of this. My friend also had this issue on a different coffee machine! Poor from Amazon!
Kirsty R.If you like Cappuccinos this isn’t for you, I bought for that coffee shop tasting Cappuccino but was seriously let down, it’s all very easy to use but the cappuccino is luke warm, so cool in temp you could drink it straight down straight from the machine and yes that’s with the liquid temp on max and energy saving off, the only way to have a warm Cappuccino is to boil your kettle and pre heat the cups, waste of £350, better coffee from the pod machine, disappointed..
