Followed instructions to start with French bread recipe as advised for first use. Lots of trial and errors regarding 'crust thickness'. Wanted brown multi grain bread and tried a propriety bread mix which tasted delicious. Found that making a larger loaf and removing bread 10 - 15 minutes before finish time solved the problem.Now we have the hang of it, plan to try the other recipes.
