Mr. Gerald G. HarnimanNo recipe book. I already had a perfectly good morphs Richards bread maker but recently been diagnosed with coeliac disease I want a bread maker with gluten free setting. I've emailed them this week and asked them if it's right that there is no recipe book as I got one with my last bread maker, they said they don't issue recipe books but would send me some recipes. I asked if any of them were gluten free they said no. I asked how are we supposed to know how much of the ingredients we to put in they said its trial and error. I'm very very very dissatisfied
Lynne WardAstonished to find no recipe book included. Manual has cheek to suggest using a ready-made bread mix. Disappointed with first loaf baked using trusted recipe from my old Kenwood whose paddle eventually fell to bits.This might get more stars if I can find recipes online which I like.

When I first rated this product I docked it a star for not including a recipe book.As it turns out, I'm thinking that was harsh because after several breadmakers over many years, I've found this makes the best bread of all. What I particularly like is that it not only cooks the bread to the colour desired (and most don't) but that colour is maintained over the whole loaf, so the top is not the normal much paler colour than the bottom.Its such a reliable and excellent product the I'm rating it now at five stars plus, but minus the plus due to the lak of the recipe book!

Fresh bread was never so easy. plug it in, add ingredients and turn on - its that simple. it tastes good too!
