helen tomlinson-mannI tried 3 recipes found in the instructions, followed them step by step (first the water, etc.) but still the paddle wasn’t able to mix the ingredients properly, as it is too small for the size of the bucket, leaving unmixed flour in the corners. I tried 3 different yeasts because the loaf wouldn’t rise at it should, deflating before cooking, probably because the machine could not keep the same temperature all the way through. I had a cheaper bread machine before that broke after 5 years and I’ve never had such issues. I contacted Amazon Customer Service to return the product.

KENno scales required for this breadmaker,the cup and spoons make putting the ingredients into the machine a doddle, the loafs turn our perfect also, nice machine.
