Stylish kettle
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

Great kettle - light up “tank” allows you to easily see when it’s on/ boiling. Does need to be de-scaled regularly as looks dreary as you can see limescale build up, but a quick de-scale job - I do every couple of weeks. ...just seem to get a limescale white/grey line around the lid and spout which is a little stubborn - otherwise a great kettle. Note: on my third now as previous 2 have both blown a fuse after 14 months.... but they both had a lot of use.

Has broken six months after purchase - do not buy!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

This kettle worked fine (however the "quick boil" setting isn't very quick at all compared to other kettles with similar features).I've had to retire this kettle approximately six months after purchase because the boil element is now overheating and has started to melt the plastic base which the kettle sits on. Leaves an awful smell of burning plastic. Seems dangerous.

Waste of money. Rubbish.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Unfortunately I have thrown away the packaging of this thick limescale producing kettle. I wish I'd done a little more research as this product has lasted just 3 weeks. I have tried to clean it but it's so caked on, it's only fit for the bin.

Became DANGEROUS to use after 6 months!
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Good when it works! I bought this 6 months ago. All worked perfectly fine. Great colours. Loved the temperature control function. I didn't like the lid either but managed to fill without too much issues. However, this weekend this kettle has suddenly stopped working as it should and has become very DANGEROUS to use. When putting on to boil, it boils as usual, makes the beep (to indicate the water has reached the appropriate temperature) but then continues to boil without switching off, unless turning the power off completely. Based on this and the price of this kettle I would NOT recommend this! Buy a different one instead!

Very expensive poor pourer

This item has a very small spout and filter which furred up very quickly causing boiling water to splash out around the lid. A poor buy.

Kettle looks great before first boil.
Reviewed on Argos.co.uk

The kettle looks lovely and the blue light, when boiling, matches my kitchen. However, even in an area that doesn’t have hard water, the deposits start to build up on the base and on the sides and it very soon looks unsightly. These deposits can be removed with a bit of work but life is too short to be cleaning the kettle all the time. I wouldn’t buy another glass kettle.

Lasted 14 months. Now, it you even go near a socket with it the circuit breakers trip. It was a mistake to buy this kettle, would suggest you look elsewhere!
