It is almost as if the programmers got instructions, but they never tested the product or the cycle function, as it's not a gentle breeze that comes out from this fan, it's a powerful, loud wind blast, that suddenly dies to only blow again a few seconds later.But if you're in a need for an effective air cycler and you don't mind a bit noise, this is the product you might want to buy. This does not have a UK plug on it ! It is a two pin thing ! Don't know if I can change it - might just send it back
