Don't buy this type of lavazza coffee machine, we have had 2 after 9 months you can't get the pods out

Leaking water

I make a coffee with this machine after a couple minutes or so it starts leaking water it floods my kitchen worktop that's my only negative point on it the coffee apart from that its perfect that's the only down fall about it I've checked the drip tray an a little water in it unscrewed part of it and checked water pipes at the bottom made sure there properly connected an they are it seems to be a bit of a mystery to me ....

Worked for about 3 months, then stopped making coffee, just flooded my work top. Contacted them, a month now waiting for a costomer services reply.
How the other customers can say great machine great service, is a mystery to me.
