Amazing laptop, but allready going to warranty. Failed to start after 3 weeks of usage. Send it back to amazon. Now same model but new from dell. 6 gen processor, new wireless adapter. I think Dell had problems with 9343 model. They are not selling them anymore
Mindaugas VanagasNice laptop as described. However upgrading to Windows 10 was unstable. Kept getting errors and it would shut down. Reloaded Windows 10 from scratch and seemed to be stable. Found it hard to get drivers and the Dell site wouldn't recognise my service code. Called Dell 4 times, got cut off 3, it appears when a service tag cannot be recognised, it completely confuses whoever answers the phone and you keep getting transferred to the point where you get cut off. Wasted about 3 hours trying to get help. If you think you will EVER need any assistance from the manufacturer of your new laptop then I strongly advise you do not choose a DELL.
Allan CThis is the i7, 8GB ram, 256GB SSD touchscreen version with Windows 8 pro at a much cheaper price than from Dell direct. I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro seamlessly.
Ian KBought it as a present for my husband. He really likes it. As a laptop it's brilliant. The only issue was when we did the free upgrade to windows 10 it no longer connected to wifi or the signal kept dropping and we had to re-install windows 8.1
