The last Acer laptop I'll buy. Sent back to Acer on warranty as it kept shutting down without warning and losing unsaved work. Screen was damaged whilst at their repair centre which they expected me to pay for repair. Laptop finally returned still with original problem unfixed and now a defective screen. Have sent it back again but not holding out much hope for a proper repair

They very kindly informed me and asked if I wanted a refund or would I like them to repost it. I asked for them to repost it and I would pay the difference in postage. They were so good they wouldn't hear of me paying the difference, but said it might take a little longer before I received it. The next day it was posted at a cost of £16.85 and the following day it arrived. What a very good company to use, no faults with them at all, just praise, Thank you ever so much. Would use them again without hesitation. 10 out of 10 Many thanks again. Ged
