Landlord bought this "miracle" after a Bosh and a Miele (previous places). Pros: small, relatively quiet, easy to use. Cons: not even a year old, and after the door, now the drainage pump dies. Not washing clothes properly, however it's spinning hour and a half on 40C. Quick wash is more than halfan hour. Often droping the capsules out to the door, doesn't matter where I put (first to the drum, than the clothes, in the middle, or on top of the load). Customer service unreachable, no spare parts at all. Too many things on the negative side. Picture shows "too much water inside (E4 error code)", however the drum is empty.
