Though I don't own one myself my mother recently bought one and I helped her to use it. It produces beautiful coffee but so it should for nearly a grand. The big issue is when you have used the milk nozzle you're meant to dismantle it and rinse it every time and this is a real pain, especially when the manual provides no assistance in how to do this. My mum managed to break this the second time she tried to do it alone. Also for a machine costing nearly a grand it only has a standard 2 year warranty which means if it packs in after two years its basically cost you £10 a week even before coffee is factored in, save your money for a De'Longhi as there isn't really a great difference in coffee quality.
