Kettle made to please everyone - great device by Elextrolux
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

Is this the perfect kettle for every tea and coffee lover out there? My vote goes on yes and here's why.

The design will please everyone fond of stainless steel - there's a lot of it and it makes the kettle look quite premium and elegant. It also makes it scratch resistant and really easy to clean. The handle is perfect even for bigger hands and provides a solid grip, even when kettle it's fully filled. The outlet/mouth is as precise as possible, not letting a single drop miss. Opening mechanism works smooth and quietly and the cable length (approx. 70cm) is enough for most of the kitchens out there. If that's too much, cable managment system awaits right under the base.

Base screen is impressively sharp and easy to read. Operating kettle with 4 buttons is so obvious that you don't really need a manual for it:
- start/stop: start boiling watter (100)
- preset: choose one of the temps (95/90/85/80/70/60/50) and hit start
- sustain: keep the desired temp (50-100)
- 1-cup turbo: super-speed for one cup of tea/coffee

Another surprise awaits right after the kettle starts working: as for 2400W power it's as silent as it could possibly be. Low humming at start becomes louder humming at the end and that's it. No waking up the entire family or neighbors - Electrolux did a great job with silencing that powerful heater.

Last function worth mentioning is temperature indicator: working both during water heating and after it's done. You just made yourself a tea with 100 degrees and suddenly need to make someone a coffee at 95? Quick look at the screen - hey, it's 96 at the moment, get the mug. Awesome!

That leads us to the last part: what could've been done better.
First, the LED backlight of the water level. It starts glowing as soon as we hit "start" while it could stay on, all the time. Filling the kettle with fresh water would become even more easy.
Second: the water level placement is somewhat argueable. I know it's there for the sake of design, but it complicates pouri
