Sure it comes with a continental plug but it far outstrips any of the other cleaners I have bought. It is efficient ( I have 2 dogs), light and very easy to move. I successfully registered this product but had to use the french web site as the english instructions didn't work when I tried them. I did report it and this problem may now no longer exist.We are all extremely pleased with this product

This is a brilliant vacuum cleaner that cleans really well, it's got a three year guarantee, and it's very good value. There are some things that you need to be aware of. It comes with a European 2 pin plug so if you are using it in the UK you will need to buy an adapter (only costs a few pounds) and you will probably need an extension lead as the power lead is not very long. The instructions are in French but it's not difficult to work out how to use it as it just slots together like a standard vacuum. It's very powerful and lightweight and I find it very easy to use and carry up the stairs. It's not "silent" but it is much quieter than a normal vacuum although it still has the annoying whistling sound that all vacuum cleaners do. It has very strong suction if you need it, and you just need to move the switch to reduce the suction for wooden floors etc. As it's small you need to empty it more often, but I prefer to do that as it's very easy to empty, and it makes less mess to empty than a larger one. I actually only bought it for a quick vacuum downstairs, but I like using it so much that I use it as my main vacuum now, instead of my previous heavy one (starting with "Dy") so overall I am really pleased with it and I only took one star off because of the power lead length, no English instructions, and having to buy an adapter, none of which are a big deal but you need to be aware of them.
