Brought this for my wife as a replacement,she said it's the best Tefal iron she has ever used,it goes through the duvet covers with ease and it is not heavy while using,it has just the right amount of controls and cord length for her,there's nothing negative she can say about it.

KevinMy only criticism is that you can't see the water level inside the iron. Perhaps a small 'sightglass' area of clear plastic rather than all coloured (blue) through which you cannot see the water. Otherwise excellent.

david durojaiyeWhat a brilliant iron. I wouldn't say it was light weight but it's just right for me. You need a bit of weight to an iron to remove creases and for it to do the job. Water tank is great size and can get a lot done without having to keep filling up. It glides so easily and wow the steam packs a punch. I can now get through piles of ironing in no time at all. Very happy with this and at this price it's a bargin!!

DuskyBought this to replace previous model. How long this will last? Says 10 year guarantee but after year dont think they honour. This is good iron so far, but does reset itself when switched off to synthetic cycle, stains clothes as too low. I found middle setting (wool) can iron everything without changing settings. this is only downside for me but also the water tank since its a darker colour hard to see water level. At the moment working fine. Dont think they are meant to last despite price.

AlexHaving had my previous generator iron for over ten years also a Tefal it eventually give up to all the use. It was excellent so I decided to purchase the same make. My new Tefal iron is first class and I especially like the anti calc feature brilliant. It make the burden of ironing so much easier and although they are not cheap I would never consider buying anything else. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
ironqueen1This iron was more expensive than my previous iron but it performs so much better. The steam is powerful and i dont need to have the temperature on high like i did with my previous iron. It is a brilliant iron that makes light work of the ironing. My only 3 negatives would be to mention the power cord length is not very long and the button to increase or decrease the temperature is quite stiff and the power plug is so flat i have trouble gripping it to unplug it.
