I received my sewing machine on the 29th of December, after reading the instructions I started to explore my new machine, I am a very experienced seamstress but have never had a computerised machine before, so when I encountered a very slight problem with some of the embroidery stitches I called silver directly, I thought it might be me that was the problem by not doing something correctly and they could advise me, anyway the head engineer David said it maybe slightly out of balance, I need to emfursise this was just one of those things that sometimes happens, so Silver had my machine returned to be checked over all free of charge ( collected on the Monday returned on the Thursday) kept me in formed with all updates and to my absolute shock returned my machine with a free extension table and a box full of wonderful goodies, I have taken a photo for you to see. How is that for customer service, I now have an absolutely wonderful machine, I went with a Silver machine because of the excellent customer service reviews and I am proof of that service, this machine is excellent I did a lot of research before my choice of a silver and I know now that I made the right choice, an excellent machine that's fantastic value for money (I would in my opinion put this machine on parr with the Husqvarna opal 650/670 machines but at half the price). So am i a happy bunny with my purchase, you bet your bottom dollar i am and a super big thank you to all the wonderful staff at Silver Viscount.

I have had this for over two years now and use it often. It is fantastic in its performance. It is strong and reliable and the digital component is easy to use and navigate.I have moved this machine around a great deal (not usually recommended for digital machines - but needs must) and noticed that 3 months a ago one of the rubber stoppers on the bottom was coming loose - so glued it on - that has been my one issue with this machine, insignificant if you consider the amount it has been lugged about.I took it for a service after one year and the guy told me that it was in perfect condition, usually expecting to require 'a little tighten up' but all good.I have a number of machines, overlocker and embroidery - of all of them this is my favourite by far and I use it the most.

i have found the machine heavy and therefore not suitable for classes .i was warned before buying that \i would pay for a machine with so many complicated features that i would just use the basic stuff. This is what has happened.It is fairly quiet and stitches ok. Maybe soon i will attempt more but a simpler machine would have done me fine.Ordered one day and received the next.

I ordered this machine to take to sewing/quilting classes. It's light, so easy to transport. It's got lots of features and is so easy to use. I absolutely love it. Also can't fault Coopers Sewing Machines, fantastic customer service. No problems with answering my questions quickly and helpfully.
