This is my second Polti Iron, I really like it and it does all that I require of an Iron and more. Well worth the cost.

Did not know that it came with a European plug. Fortunately I had an adaptor.

I’ve never purchased such a useless home appliance in my life. Firstly, the item took ages to arrive and when it eventually did, it had a foreign plug so I had to purchase an adapter...more money! I spend double the amount of time ironing. The image I’ve attached is an ironed shirt after at least 5 minutes of ironing...the same shirt!!! I never know how much water to put in the water reserve. You have to wait AGES to top up water in between ironing. It’s heavy. In short, you’ll be better off with a cheaper alternative. I have to resort to using my basic steam iron for better, faster results. I feel so ripped off!!

Typical Polti product, well made and does exactly what you want. Easy to store on the work-top, and the iron itself is just the job!
When the iron stopped working just 2 months before warranty ran out, Polti UK refused to look at it because not a model they had sold in UK, and Buylloon (the seller) would not accept the letter I sent by registered post.
Do not buy any products from Buylloon Italy. Not a recommended seller.
