Good quality for price not very helpfull customer service

Bought for elderly relative with dementia, he finds it very easy to use. To be honest does anyone need or use fancy controls and timers on a microwave? Turn the dial to the time you want and off it goes. Perfect.

It fitted width wise into the space but is not so high so I now have to get a panel To go above
it is easy to use cost less than half the price of the old one and does everything I want it to do
Hopefully it will also last longer than the last one

Did not allow for the inside dimensions to be so big ( thought that the inside was just a square size did not allow for the raised top presumably to accommodate the fan )

Bought this microwave to replace the faulty one in my Swift touring caravan. The stainless steel frame clips off and it’s a perfect fit and totally built in look. Swift wanted £250 for a replacement unit to do the same job. Would recommend this for any caravan replacement.

Not long rec'd this item so it's not yet been used a lot but so far really pleased with it. Controls are very basic and low wattage but it is ideal for us as it replaced a faulty one in our caravan. Very good value and looks really smart.

Great little unit for price and actually has a larger capacity then expected real quick delivery as well.
