I selected this microwave carefully. I was buying for someone who has arthritis in their fingers so sometimes cannot manage to push door release buttons. This unit has a handle to pull so is easier. The door hinges at the right, making it easier to load if it is installed at eye level. The only problem was that the first unit did not work.
The seller was very professional, a replacement was dispatched and the faulty unit was collected by the same driver. The replacement works and does what a microwave should do.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service.
