Its fast, and gave a good memory.. But the sim card holder is so poor quality almost broke just opend it. And its not possible to even change the battery if needed. Than you would have to send it back to the dooge store to get it changed. Think it was way to expensive foor this type of phone. Not even any earphoned included or a screen protecter ec.t. I was really suprised by this, cuz i payed ALOT for it. But the shipping was fast atleast.

The absolute worst screen I have ever had on any phone. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE SPECS FOR THIS PHONE. it dropped after a few weeks from about 30cm onto carpet and cracked in both corners. Never really bothered me but now just again my niece dropped it onto carpet from even less height and it cracked across the middle again! Pure and utter crap and no usual Amazon returns policy which is also useless.Phone itself is ok when you shut apps down but there are so many simple improvements that could be made to the handset.Don't expect any kind of useful reply from the he sellers either. Seems to be same generic responses to everyone who has a problem.Ideal for me would be a refund!!! Should never have left OnePlus
