If he, or she, happens to be busy, you will be left waiting for many weeks for a diagnosis, let alone a solution.Rather than wait three weeks for a local engineer, I will be cutting my losses, taking my six week old fridge freezer to the nearest recycling centre, and spending an equivalent amount on an appliance from a reputable manufacturer.
