Fab kettle and good value for money

mintyWhilst happy with the design, within a week of receipt the kettle started to leak boiling water whilst pouring, a clear health & safety issue. Even more disappointing however, the seller has failed to respond to all & any request for either an exchange or refund, a number of requests to do so. Neither has my subsequent product review, posted 3 days ago, appeared or been replied to. Overall, a very unsatisfactory state of affairs; I'll clearly need to find another supplier and would advise others against purchasing this particular item.

SEGreat product, lovely design and don’t seem to be real boiling the kettle as you have the temperature gage at the front.
