Great for my morning coffee, just pop in the pod and switch on, self turns off so great for me a busy mum.

Very easy to set up, and quick and easy to use. Small footprint. Large range of flavours, and capsules widely available in shops (or online).

Purchased due to generally positive reviews. However, the machine was very, very noisy and vibrating badly. Contacted Amazon, excellent service, called back immediately. Agreed to replacement. Arrived next day, but vibrations and noise unacceptable, painfully loud. In comparison to our existing DeLonghi machine (two years old and has a slight leak, hence replacement), Krup machines were much, much louder. These types of machines are noisy, but there's a limit. Disappointed. Returned to Amazon, reverted to the DeLonghi machine, still working despite slight leak, and not worth replacing with the Krup version based on noise. If leak gets any worse, will probably replace with same DeLonghi machine.

Love the many varieties of drinks to choose from. So far all delicious.

Great machine that provides tasty coffee - when it works! Three months old and it’s packed up completely now, having given problems the last four weeks with auto switch for hot drinks failing to stay in place. Not acceptable for a three month old machine and Amazon, unusually, not very helpful in sorting issue out. It’s destined for the tip now while I look for an alternative!

Small and compact, easy to use. Compared to other dolce gusto machines though it is a bit too plastic/cheap looking.

Bought this machine after returning a Delonghi machine that kept leaking, the Krups machine is in my view has a much better build quality with all the parts fitting better on the Delonghi when you pressed the on button there was a delay in it switching on but with the Krups it switches on instantly and the water tank is a much better fit. All in all a much better machine in my view!

This was bought to replace a 5 year old unit mini the got broken when knocked of the counter

 Disappointing product. The machine produces incredible noise and vibration that even a glass is sliding down from a tray. See video. Returned immediately.

Read some mixed reviews on this product, but it's all positive from me... Bought this to replace the manual Jovia machine and am very happy with it... Compact unit, looks great on the kitchen counter. Really easy to use - much better than the manual machine. None of the leaking, shaking etc as mentioned in other reviews, however, I have found that supermarket own brand pods, even though they are compatible and work fine, do tend to "spit" a lot, whereas the proper Dolce Gusto pods do not. My only disappointment was that the Jovia machine came with a voucher to get Dolce Gusto store credit and this one didn't...

A big step up from my original Dolce Gusto, it now rivals the Tassimo for ease of use.

Sent the product back. Extremely noisy. Vibrates so much it moves across the counter. Cups wouldn’t stay on the drip tray because of said vibrations. Don’t know if it was a faulty machine but wouldn’t buy again.

This is a fantastic machine. Easy to use and not very noisy. Looks nice in the kitchen. Makes great café grade coffee which is just what you want in the morning. I was very please with it for about 3 weeks. Then it started turning not doing the mount quite right for a while then just turned off and refused to turn on. I changed the plug fuse which didn't help. Then left it a few days and was relieved on trying it again and it worked..... For a week and did the same thing.I've 'raised a case' with tefal on their website which has p'd me right off even before the complaints journey began. Their phone line is open 10:00-16:00 Mon to Fri which helps no one who works for a living. So the only alternative form of contact is a via Web form with drop downs that totally dictate subject of the complaint.So currently I'm extremely annoyed and wish I'd never purchased this product. This may change depending on how tefal deal with the issue but I'm feeling like there is a reason the product was so heavily reduced

Fantastic Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine works exactly as it should, so simple to make my Coffee now..

I absolutely love this machine. I never need to boil the kettle now. Drinks are piping hot even filling the water storage tank with cold water and only takes a minute to be ready to dispense drinks after switching on.
