Excellent build quality and Cleaning.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

This robot vacuum cleaner is easy to use. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The build quality is excellent, and I like that I can control the robot vacuum cleaner through the app on my mobile phone or tablet. The room coverage and suction are very good, and it even cleans into the corners. I like the fact that there are various settings including Edge and Max functions that enable different cleaning modes. A remote control is included, along with a magnetic strip which is useful. The battery life is good, and the Blaupunkt XSmart has the ability to find its charging station once the battery is low.

Mop is overpriced
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

The mop function is not very good, spreads the dirt around rather than lifting it. Regret spending the extra on that because we still have to do that job ourselves.Vacuum is best if it is set perpendicular to a wall before it starts.

Only a short review for now but I'll add more later.I'm amazed at my wonderful little BlueBot. To be honest, I didn't think a vacuum bot could do such a good job. My floors are clean all the time now, even the edges and corners.I got my Blaupunkt because I suffer from a pain-heavy illness and allergies and hoped this would help save me from both. Well it certainly does that! There's no huge dust cloud as with a full sized vacuum so I don't itch or have breathing trouble every time the house is cleaned. Also, my poor joints aren't sprained each time the vacuum comes out. There's two types of pick-up nozzle for vacuuming. One general and one deep clean roller brush. It's a good idea to send Bluebot around with the general nozzle before a deep clean over carpet if you or anyone in your house has long hair, but it's genuinely surprising to find just how much Bluebot picks up off the floor either way. To be honest I think it does a much, much better job than any of my old vacuums. With edge-cleaning mode and frequent trips round the house, the dust doesn't even seem to pile up in the corners any more.Something you'll probably want to know is, can a robot vac replace a full sized vacuum? Well, if you were to pair it with a hand held vac, then yes. And as I've always found jobs for a hand vac that the big vacuum couldn't do, I think it's fair to say that it can replace the big, clunky vacuums I've used in the past.Bluebot is very quiet. Migraine sufferers will love it. It manages wood floors and carpets equally well. The BluebotXL app is great, though I may send a couple of suggestions to Blaupunkt who, by the way, have phone and online support with Live Chat if you need any help. I did have one problem and Blaupunkt sorted it out immediately. If you don't want to use the app, there's a remote control. A choice of UK plug and a Euro plug come in the box alone with a water tank (for the mop), mop cloths, dust tank, two nozzles for regular or deep cleaning, and a few other bits. There are magnetic rubber strips included whic

It's OK if you have nothing on the floor, maybe lino or tiles.
Reviewed on Amazon.co.uk

I got my first robot a couple of months ago. I was told we would all have robots by the year 2000 when I was at school in the 1970s and this was to be my first.Out of the box Veronica worked well, it connected to the wifi and the phone app worked, although the app could do with some improvements (it can't select all of the modes).Veronica is good at vacuuming I was impressed with its sucking power, it picked up a lot of dirt. The problem was that it attacks anything it can reach, got a phone charger? Expect the lead to be swallowed, along with laces, the bottom of curtains pretty much anything. When it comes to rugs forget it, one rug it couldn't work on and just went backwards on it the other it tried to eat (see above). As for the mopping function it just drags the mop around, it doesn't really do any cleaning, It would need to be a lot heavier to actually mop.To be able to use this robot you need to change you life, nothing on the floor, limit its range with boxes as it ignores the magnetic strip that's supposed to stop it and expect to answer its constant call of "please put the device on a safe surface"Then after a while Veronica got some kind of mental illness and went at triple speed bumping into everything and not being able to move in a straight line, so it went back.I've now bought a new vacuum, a manual one.The wait for my first robot continues......
