The water survey is very bad I have regretted to buy.

I have always wanted one of these little robot vacuums, and now that we have all hard wood floors, I can finally program this thing, sit back and watch it run. The problem is that it doesn't have much suction. Lots of little crunchies are left all over the floor that I would have been better off just using a broom to remove. So i tested the mop feature, and it kind of just gets the floor wet. On top of that, this little monster doesn't understand boundaries. It will keep going into other rooms unless you put a box in front of the door or you stop it with the remote. So if you have a carpet in the next room and you're mopping, watch out. I'm not happy with this and I probably won't get another brand. Just get a swiffer instead.

This thing is a pill to setup. Our future AI overlords will undoubtedly punish the engineers of this product for making robots looks so incompetent. After much investigation and several internet deep dives and a lot of hair pulling I got thus set up. It’s cleaning ability was not worth the initial setup time and was I think more effort than a regular vacuum. Then two weeks of ho hum mediocre cleaning I came home to a mopped carpet. WTF. Still can’t figure out what went wrong. Something with it’s boundry/room programming went wrong and off the reservation it went. Thankfully it’s a very bad mopped so damage was limited.

Robot vacuum technology seems to have improved since I first used one at my mother's house about fifteen years ago. This one runs longer, gets stuck less often. It's effective on flat hard floors like tile and hardwood. It does not appreciate the area rugs very much. I just let it live in the great room where it specializes in kitty cat fluff. Battery life is decent. It's easy to use out of the box and set-up. I use the bumpers to cut off problem areas and just let it specialize on the bare floors and it's less annoying to use than that one before.

Overall its just ok. the set up and use is a bit of a pain, and i feel like i will never really know how well its working. It is a 1 star for intuitiveness.

After pushing around a vacuum and a mop for so long, it was time to purchase one of these robotic floor cleaners. My house consists half vinyl flooring and the other half of textured tile. This mop/vacuum definitely has its pros and cons. Pro - Set it and forget it scheduled cleanings for every day of the week - Two suction modes for regular and deep cleaning - mop function to get a wet clean with included 2 mop pads - remote control for easy programming and no reaching - multi cleaning patterns so you can choose a complete back and forth room clean or a more chaotic pattern - decent size bin for the dirt, dust and hair means less pause time for your cleaning - extra sensitive bumper that keeps the robot cleaning and prevents it from getting trapped in legs of a dining room table/chairs - Seems to have a long battery life between chargings - Robot has excellent wheels and doesn't get stuck between rugs or the chan Cons - If you are buying it for the mop function, this probably isn't for you. While the mop function is ok for extremely light cleaning, it doesn't seem to give a thorough clean feel. - Maybe not the best for shedding dogs. Sometimes wads of hair get blown away from the vacuum because of the motor and defeats the purpose of vacuuming - Vacuum is good for day to day upkeep but not great for heavy cleaning. - Doesn't work well on area rugs and of course not carpet. - The Robot may have to go over the same area more than once due to textured tile If you searching for a vacuum and mop robotic floor cleaner this is the one for you to help you maintain your clean floors.
